Today I’ve decided to announce my intention to run for Co-chair of Canada’s Young New Democrats at our upcoming convention.
Young people have always been a core part of the NDP movement, but in recent years the party has lost their support and trust. We must win them back.

We had a packed house for the @meidascanada.ca townhall in Roberts Creek, British Columbia. It was a great evening of music, politics and resistance. We will be keeping in touch with the local resistance chapter that has been formed.

What a fantastic evening!
The NDP has always been a party powered by and fighting for youth. We must empower young people to win them back, and we must win them back for a better future. As a former federal and provincial candidate, I am ready to be that voice in our party. That’s why I intend to seek the BC NDP presidency.

Saying Mondays results were disappointing would be an understatement. But I am extremely proud of what we achieved in impossible circumstances. I send my heartfelt gratitude to the 2624 of you who trusted me with your vote. A better future is possible, but we must work to make it a reality.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend Jagmeet’s press conference in Port Moody, where he announced the NDP's new plan for Public-Backed Loans for First-Time Homebuyers. Afterwards, I joined the regional campaign office opening rally in Burnaby and connected with some amazing people!
