If he gets this built there won't be a next administration for at least decades. Who do we think he's going to war with building it where he's building it? He's got nukes. He's getting his super bunker. Now he'll have this.

That all points to never having another administration.

Not exactly the same, of course, but my tarantula will move flowers around his enclosure. Into the cave, back out again. Sometimes over by the water area. It's kind of fascinating to be constantly surprised by where he puts them.
