We’re in an era where the fight against fascism and authoritarianism is on almost every ballot. Voting has always been important, but never more than now. Vote like your rights, your future, your vote itself, and even your life, are all on the line. Because there’s a very good chance they are.

Danielle Smith is a separatist.

They are going to spend millions of public dollars to back the separatists and fight against the rights of Indigenous peoples.

Perhaps an interesting option for them to consider would be to make the southern US their primary residence.
I see on the other site that the Alberta separatists gathered more signatures in Arizona. People who feel so oppressed by the rest of Canada that they need to winter in the southern US in their second residence.

Albertans did not give Danielle Smith and the UCP a mandate on 9 new referendum questions.

Or on separatism, or pulling out of the CPP, or breaching charter rights, or coal mining in the Eastern slopes, or bringing in two-tier health care.

Cut the bullshit. Call the election.

First, the UCP said there was an “election integrity crisis," which led to a voter ID law.

Then a “national unity crisis” → a sovereignty referendum.

Now a “crisis of confidence” in the courts → defunding judges.

There is no evidence of these crises.

The UCP is trying to manufacture them.
