This is one of the first (re)posts I found (they've mostly been doing the war) and it doesn't sound complimentary of Platner to me. I feel like his whole thing has been "get someone else or you're gonna get stuck with the Nazi because people are mad at the Olds". What am I missing?

It takes some clicking, but I *think* this is the current print edition, below. Your bio suggest you are in Amherst. Maybe a difference between local and editions printed elsewhere? Still a weird thing to do, the shooting was big news well before they would have had to finalize.

NGL, @jasonkirk.fyi, I struggled a bit with the opening. Kinda like a fever dream. But I grew to care about those crazy kids, and was stunned by their world. Existence there must be exhausting. Had to see what happened. I was not disappointed.

Was referring to this map (from Wikipedia), which is showing 2018 results. Long strips emanating from Austin/San Antonio. It was more the visual than the actual results (at least in 2018).
