Is it portfolio day again? I never seem to get the memo.
I like to draw and animate little guys. I love to do fan art but I'm trying to work more on my own things.

With the #GravityFalls art show at Gallery Nucleus now over, its page on the GF Wiki has been updated with all the art by the artists. Check it out and enjoy the work of so many fans/crew. The art show may be over, but the artwork is here forever!

Knights of Guinevere episode 2 is out at last! Hope you're all enjoying 'Wolves Around The Corner'. I'll post some of my environments soon; in the meantime, I couldn't resist drawing the princess to celebrate. 🔵💙🔵
Black and white drawing- Princess Guinevere walks in the woods away from a tower. She looks a little lost! On either side of her path, wolves watch her progress with interest.

While I was in Japan I was looking at this big area of Gacha pod machines and there as an Ape escape one but rather than toys they had those shopping bags that you keep in a tiny packet and my thinking was they needed something practical because only old people (like me) remember this series lol

VGC corroborates report that an Ape Escape revival is being developed by Evening Star (Penny’s Big Breakaway/Sonic Mania)

"VGC has heard from multiple sources that Ape Escape isn’t the only PlayStation franchise Sony is looking to revive via licensing to smaller third-party studios"

I finished redrawing all the In-Game Sprites for Justin's Turnaround! 😃

Millions more to go... 🥹

Next I'll do a running cycle of his from only 1 angle before moving on to another character's turnaround

BWAH! Here's a page from the Raving Rabbids x Rayman comic book by Thitaume and Thomas Priou 👀
Comic strip. Rayman fights a green creature ("VLAM"). A Rabbid approaches Rayman ("TRIII"), scolding him ("BADA BADA!" with a crossed-out image of Rayman & creature). The Rabbid handcuffs itself to Rayman ("CLAC"). The handcuff breaks ("POC").

I watched a fan-made animatic of #GravityFalls "GRAVITY FALLS: Return to the Bunker " , and it was really fun to see. I picked this one part of the board to experiment with.

Pen, watercolor, black & white charcoal pencil. Another featured piece from the Spooky Pants book. A man in a sweater stands with his hands on his hips looking out of a large window with the curtains open. Things aren’t looking good outside, reader. A massive winged demon is emerging from the clouds as dozens of little ghosts and bone demons rip through the sky. On the ground below we see townsfolk running through the grass. Our man in the window is in no mood for this. He lets us know, “Oh, I am in no mood for this.” His dog looks out the window as well, wagging its tail. Fantasia (1940) inspired drawing. I think I could’ve gone a little heavier with the chaos outside but we’ll try again with fresh drawings this October. I like how the clouds turned out. Trying to balance my sloppy lines with more detail can be tricky but I think we achieved a good result.

Aika from “I Don’t Want to be a Magical Girl” at three different stages in her life. Child Aika is in the foreground, arms spread and smiling. She wears a blue oversized two toned t-shirt and her hair is all black. Behind her is 13 year old Aika in her magical girl from with her hands clasped and a smile on her face. She is completely blonde with long locs. In the background, current day 15 year old Aika faces away from camera with a tired, over it expression. Her hair is now blonde on top and and black on the bottom

Fang E. Jerboa, super genius. [2023]

#art | #fang | #sonic
Sonic and Fang, drawn as if they were Roadrunner and Wile E. Coyote running down a dusty desert road. Sonic sticks out his tongue as he runs with a Chaos Emerald. Fang is chasing, pointing his gun at Sonic. Text below them read "(Toothis Tenacious)" and "(Fasticus Thingalivius)".

4.30 am in Osaka and I'm still so jetlagged. I thought jetlagged was being tired all the time, I didn't realize it also meant not being able to fall asleep even when I spent the day dragging bags and suitcases all over the place.
