If you'd like to see some "behind the scenes" progress of character animations and development, this is a wonderful retrospective of how Laura and Polyarc worked on bringing them to life

Yeah, it really is at least ten years too late to complain about this abysmal behaviour, which Ed Miliband was also subjected to by the press - working with these cranks - back when he was leader.

Gentlemen, you need to stop fucking around, or we will surely all find out! But what if all the lads have been having a swell time - the time of their lives, an absolute blast - fucking around for decades, and they don’t ever want to stop? What then.
The AfD’s win in Germany is a dark day for Europe. Time is running out to stop the far right | Cas Mudde
This party is among the most extreme in Europe. To protect our democracies, liberal parties must urgently change their tactics, says Cas Mudde, author of The Far Right Today

I've not seen Console purchase stats in recent discussions. Interesting, as they seem to be emphatically pro-disc drive.

A particularly extreme example here of “The lads only see what they want to see”. If they want to see e.g. a black academic who they think is proof of the Tyranny Of Woke Conspiring Against Whiteness, up it goes on all channels. If they don’t want to know, it may as well have happened on Ganymede.
Telegraph readers wouldn’t know there was another major Reform funding scandal. The paper’s homepage this morning has stories about the party ‘wooing’ business leaders, Farage claiming he’ll make MPs work seven days a week 😅, and Jenrick’s laughable/despicable claim he’d make £80bn in cuts.

So yesterday while the BBC were running anti-trans stories and had a reporter wade up to his waist to shout at asylum seekers in boats, Channel 4 was running a story where Farage was caught on camera accepting illegal secret foreign donations while scoffing oysters?

I see, I see.

We have always been a police state. The only difference now is that we are seeing it as a nation whereas minorities have always experienced it

A lawsuit claims the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office used the cameras in retaliation against the vet for exercising his First Amendment right.

My fave Phil Tippett fact is he invented something called go motion, which was basically stop motion but with added motion blur (the lack of motion blur is part of what gives stop motion its uncanny quality)

CGI quickly made go motion irrelevant, but you can see it on the dragon in Willow (1988)
