back in the day (approx 1 cycle ago) the uswnt stood for something. idk why i expected anything special after emma hayes’ nothing burger response in the press, expected anything from a team coached by someone that called kkkorbin in when her play didn’t warrant a call up, but i’m disappointed.

2025 was my second full year of not having to watch men’s sports and still being able to have year-round games to see. between WSL, NWSL, WNBA, and PWHL, all my fav sports have women’s leagues and at least one league is in action at all times. this is wonderful

honestly i’m looking at adrian gonzalez kinda funny for this one. it’s not entirely his fault and i understand hal is super valuable but i think if you make the decision to take hal off and get another body on the pitch, there’s a higher likelihood that that shot is blocked.
