Just like the Germans did with the Berlin Wall. Hand out sledgehammers and let the people express how they feel about Trump’s monuments to himself.
It's not enough to just take this shit down in 2.5 years. We've gotta desecrate it. Flip it over and turn it into a halfpipe. Make the sides of it a dog park so something can piss and shit on it. It's the only way out of this.
