Worth noting, this was the same types of arguments the same techbros (some anyway) made in the early social media days....and nothing came of it.

To be clear, Carney isn't really proposing that Canada “join Europe.” He's exploring whether Canada can become economically and strategically integrated with Europe while remaining politically Canadian. #CanadaStrong

Isn't Russian oil already sanctioned? Including sales to Russia?
So surely reduced supply from Russia is already priced into the market, based on sanctions and a war that has been going on for several years, and yet only after Trump's Iran war have we seen this impact on prices?

It's pretty obvious Trump fancies dividing the world between the 3 major superpowers, the obvious thing is that he and the fool hegseth are weakening the US to the point that if Putin wanted to take USA and Xi chipped in (let alone Iran) the US would be done in a week and nothing would prevent it.

Russian escalation is the direct consequence of European appeasement, ignored war crimes, and half-hearted support for Ukraine. Europe brought this on itself by refusing to face reality.

Will leaders finally wake up and transfer Russian frozen assets to Kyiv?

Good news, guys! Donald Trump’s gonna give us five thousand dollars of our own money! What a magnanimous motherfucker. I haven’t seen generosity like this since the ATM gave me back my own fucking paycheck.

I am proud of the work the Elias Law Group team did to twice defeat what David French called the "corrupt machinations of the Missouri case" in the Supreme Court.

I can assure him and you, we will fight the GOP's plan to rig and subvert the midterm election. www.nytimes.com/2026/09/13/o...

IMO, most of what Trump does and says, and his entire decade long ongoing Post-Truth, Hitler/Goebbels’ style criminal fascist authoritarian/totalitarian subversion of USA Democracy, is carefully strategized for him by the Kremlin - since 1980’s with his anti-NATO ads; when RU first funded the fraud.

That's not negotiations. That's concession. Why should Ukraine concede any territory to Russian invaders? Putin needs to get his troops out, just like Trump needs to get our soldiers out of Iran.

The war is already at EU’s border. Russia does not need to send infantry and assault troops across the border.

Right now, Russian drones strike first, and then Russian infantry follows.

Russia’s strategy now is to exhaust and isolate Ukraine and create a buffer zone along the EU border⤵️

And the U.S. has more than it's share of individuals lacking intelligence. If they weren't so fuckin stupid they would see that skin color, gender, who someone loves DOESN'T matter.
'Uncontrolled immigration' has been in Putin's playbook for a long time. His way to destabilise democracies.

It has been used effectively in the US, the UK, Germany, Italy and others.

It relies on people's tribal instincts and lack of intelligence.

School started this week in Gaza. Israel allowed 8-year-old Wafaa Akila to attend class for one day before killing her and her father.

It’s a cruelty that’s hard to comprehend. Two photos shared online are gutting:

Palliative care doesn't work for some of the worst cancers like liver and pancreatic - the pain is too severe. It also isn't much use when you're at the end of your MND journey, in pain, fully immobile, can't eat or drink, doubly incontinent and waiting for the moment your lungs stop working.
