The US Department of Commerce has extended for one year the licenses that strip Russian airlines Aeroflot, Utair, and Azur Air of their export privileges. The orders are published in the Federal Register. The request to extend the restrictions was submitted by the Bureau of Industry and Security, a subordinate agency of the Ministry of Commerce. The restrictions were introduced on April 7, 2022, and have been extended several times since then.

INTERFAX.RU - Systemically important credit institutions (SIC|s) represented the main bidders at the September 2 auction, which included a new floater bond worth 1 trillion rubles at par value, purchasing 83.6% of the issue, according to the Bank of Russia's "Financial Market Risk Review" report. In August, in an effort to stabilize the market situation, the Ministry of Finance did not hold OF auctions. They resumed only on September 2, offering bonds with a variable coupon income to the market. The securities offered were OFZ-PK 29031. This issue was registered by the Ministry of Finance in July of this year and had never been auctioned before. The placement was carried out within the available supply. A total of 1 trillion rubles worth of securities at par value were sold, with demand for 1 trillion, 424 billion, 700 million rubles at par value. Revenue from the auction amounted to 938 billion, 872 million rubles. Thus, the entire OFZ-PK 29031 issue was placed.
