The Bluesky algorithm keeps feeding me this Raylo stuff, like it's trying to turn me to the dark side of the Disney sequels I must draw on all my OG trilogy force powers and resist!
Still one of the absolute best lightsaber moves or Force maneuvers in Star Wars.
Great to see it as the first true instance of it being used in live action too!

Just watched the Howard Hawks classic screwball comedy "HIS GIRL FRIDAY" (1940), starring Cary Grant (AKA Archie Leach) and the brilliant Rosalind Russell on TPTV #encore, talk about faced paced dialogue... keep up!

OK something weird is going on. I had no recollection of this show until a few weeks ago. If you'd've asked me then to imagine my perfect TV show I would've said: James Hazledine and Louise Jameson investigate weird stuff in Edinburgh in the 1970s. And then as if by magic The Omega Factor exists...
It's like quantum mechanics, when the Star Wars prequels and the ROTJ sequels existed only in superposition in the minds of millions of 8 year olds, they were near perfect, once Lucas & Disney collapsed the wavefunction they became flawed and real. Sometimes the best thing is not existing, ask God.
Star Wars worked so well for so long because it was just three movies with a ton of hinted-at backstory. The more they fill that in, the less interesting the world is, and the more it starts to collapse under its own weight like MCU has.
