Sounds about right. You wash away and suffocate your good skin bacteria for years. It takes some time to repopulate and start working again. You can wash without soap and use only water, worked for me

Sure, that could definitely be the case, but I'm sure a lot of people could do with less deodorant and less soap and smell better. But it all depends on the bacteria that live on your skin

Pro tip: stop using ANY deodorant. After a few days, your own microbiome will take over and you'll stop smelling awful. I noticed that when I used deo's, I'd smell good for about an hour and after that the odor was horrible. Since I don't use any more, I never stink
