Beatles. Incredible. Perfect format, not even a challenge. 1957 to 1980. Everyone's getting older at vaguely the right rate, but it doesn't even matter because I'm recasting every season. Nobody's good enough to play one beatle, much less attempt the variations of Paul McCartney over 15 yrs.

If your neighbour planted TEN cucumber plants this year instead of a more reasonable THREE cucumber plants, and you have to take pity on your neighbour and accept approx SIX cucumbers a day, because you are not a monster, then this is a Very Good Use

Snooker players are hoping for a sort of Ryder's Cup snooker tournament, with GB vs China & The World, which seems fine. (They love golf, they're so desperate to have everything the golfers have. They started having a champions' dinner because the golf has one. And special jackets.)

I know that I am awful about Mark Allen, but he gave an amazing interview after that match and all credit for that because fucking hell.

I sensibly retreated from snooker when Mark Allen went 16-14 up, needing 17 to win. Woke up and BARELY even checked the score, because I didn't want to see the awful reality of a Murphy-Allen final. But no! Wuuuuuuuu. Wu. Won three frames, brought hope back to the championship. Wu.
