I’m no fan of Tapper(!) but that’s not what he’s saying. And, more importantly, everyone needs to understand what he IS saying, which is no one should assume that, just because it would be illegal to disrupt elections or anything else, that doesn’t mean Trump won’t do it. The damage will be done
