Been thinking about this a lot. I think it's possible that when they say a sociopath lacks empathy, that includes lacking empathy *for themselves*.

As in, the natural state of sociopathy includes lacking a sense of value for yourself. Which is not compatible with survival.

“Media” are businesses; they exist to make money.

And they’ve decided that right wing leaders are good for business. People pay attention to the news when things are bad, when things are dangerous.

Progressive leaders create stability. And that’s bad for companies that sell news.
Abdul El-Sayed: "Weijia, with all due respect, this is the third time you've asked about a Twitch streamer ... their whole game is to make us fight culture wars so that we don't pay attention to the fact the president has made $2.2 billion ... "

Apparently people are sharing this far and wide on social media, which I think is horrible. This could cripple ICE operations. PLEASE do not share this.

Republicans do not want you to vote.
TEXAS REPUBLICANS DID IT —63 DAYS BEFORE ELECTION DAY

Tarrant County, they voted 3–2 to close 92 Election Day polling locations, cutting the number from 316 to 224.

More than 100 people showed up to speak out before the vote. Republicans did it anyway. Closing nearly 30% of the polling places.

$1 TRILLION DOLLARS

AND

114,000 LIVES

- Yale

There is no good argument against this.
“A single-payer universal health care system could cover every American, save more than 100,000 lives a year, and still cost $1 trillion less than the system it would replace, according to a new preprint study led by researchers at the Yale School of Public Health.”

This makes so much sense. The early 80’s is when Democrats started buying into trickle down economics.
A lot of people ask me: when did the Democratic Party become so corporate?

I remember it well — I watched it happen.

How is it that Apple TV is so incredibly shitty on a PC?

How can that be?

It's not the internet, it's not my router. It's not my PC. It's Apple.

How is it that one of the flagship products from one of the world's largest companies can fail so consistently?

Holy shit. It just hit me. When Trump was suggesting that we “rake” the forests to prevent forest fires, he was confusing “brush” (aka forest undergrowth) with “rake”.

He. Really. Is. That. Stupid.
I present to you absolute, undeniable proof that this man below is completely the dumbest person in WORLD HISTORY ever, to form a government. I am still having a hard time with the fact that he is so... fucking... STUPID!!!
