lol well considering that a majority of the starters from last year are gone (and it’s one game), will def be a struggle to start. Been in UCL 2 of last 3 and won Europa in between, not sure a fluke is the word I’d use.
Lotta Villa fans coming to the realization that last year was a fluke and they’re struggs.

You know people will respond to this with "but what about World Series winners" as if 1) the Dodgers aren't out of the ordinary and 2) you're supposed to have 30 World Series winners in 30 years otherwise it's not parity

@mattbakerstl.bsky.social from what I can tell City is struggling to have layered runs into the box. So many crosses/passes to the peel back/penalty spot with no one coming to the box late for that pass. Durkin doing better separating from Edelman will help that I think. #fallout

@mattbakerstl.bsky.social @flyoverfooty.bsky.social Thanks for all you do. Another thing I’d add is the lack of taking chances/prog passes from the CB. Just no risks taken from the CB all season and min from the MF as well. Too slow side to side, gotta take some chances. Need Falls asap.

Fallou is definitely not lacking for confidence. Showing good defensive timing as well. Gotta get those passes a bit more accurate and keep it a bit simple but a good start for him thus far. #AllforCity

Yes Klauss is playing well but that also increases his value (theoretically) and also yea he’s TAM next year. Can also point to perhaps the rest of the roster fits with a different type of 9 or even different formation. Open to whatever as this w/ Klauss isn’t working either. #AllforCity
