It's incredible the level at which depression can hinder your mental and physical state. You have good days and you have bad days. Never feels like you get the choice either.

Today's one of those bad days, just have to keep on going though.

I finally think I'm learning that if someone is shooting themselves in the foot... it's not my job to carry them.

I honestly didn't expect to have as much fun doing fantasy hockey as I've had these last couple weeks. Really glad I did it!

Working outdoors in cold weather has me wanting to break out some of those soup season vibes. Maybe some loaded potato or creamy chicken and wild rice. 😋
