Institutionalist. Estates, probate, and family attorney. Yacht rock apologist. Fighting injustice, one dad joke at a time. Non illegitimi carborundum.
Subtract that by 180M illegal aliens or however many Greg Bovino hallucinated, and it becomes a real bargain... or boondoggle. (Those are synonyms, right?!)

I remember GWB championing an "ownership society" at the beginning of his second term. Loose credit was one of the ways to promote that policy, which we all know led to a global economic meltdown in 2008.

Between this and the Iran war, it's amazing how much we've forgotten in 20 years.

I think Matt desperately needs Rubio to be a reset button for his preferred style of conservatism. But those days are over. There is no reset.

I was once a never Trump conservative. But the GOP and movement conservatism is so thoroughly corrupted that the only remedy is ending it & starting over.

More questions:

A President Rubio will appoint federal judges at all levels. Are you comfortable with Rubio appointing even more conservative activists to all levels of the federal courts? Do you want to export the ethics & skullduggery of SCOTUS to lower courts? How many Aileen Cannons is enough?

Questions for Matt, which might help answer the question he posed in this column:

What evidence do you have that GOP primary voters want the “respectable” center right conservatism that you think Rubio 2028 might offer? Didn’t you see Nikki Haley and Mike Pence’s 2024 primary campaigns?

Ah, Brandon Gill… he looks like a J. Crew model and thinks like a J. Crew catalog.

The honest truth is that Trump’s name calling skill peaked a few years ago when he dubbed DeSantis “Meatball Ron.”

Pete Hegseth blaming "unfaithful" allies for the U.S. losing this war is akin to the San Antonio Spurs saying that they lost their 29-point lead in Game 4 because the hot dog stand outside of section 253 in MSG ran out of mustard. #NBAFinals

Loving the dealership analogy, but I’ll take it a step further. Howard is the aggressive salesman, giving away too much to make the sale. Marco is the finance manager who knows he’ll be fired if he approves the sale.

I sold cars one summer when I was in college. This was a common scenario.

Gill mentioned separation of church and state. That kind of apostasy will require him to watch three hours of David Barton videos or something similar.

No take backs, Brandon!
