It's easy to sell a rocket launch that doesn't end in an explosion as "successful", but making the major components reusable to where starship's states end goals (e.g data centers and colonies) are economical will take a lot more work. Not to mention expensive tests

After listening to hochul talk on odd lots I'm coming around on NY's data center moratorium. A commission investigating impacts and creating a regulatory framework is imo needed and politically smart. It's the state playing a role that should be filled by the federal government, but I'll take it.
