Your regular reminder: If the Russians stop fighting, the war ends. If the Ukrainians stop fighting, their land will be occupied, their leaders will be killed, their history and language will be erased, their children will be kidnapped to serve Russia.

The vast majority of our outlets are owned by right-wing billionaires and last night our most prominent political reporters spent an hour chuckling along with a clearly senile Republican president as he insulted them incoherently. Here's why our media has a liberal bias problem.

Lindsey Graham's misogyny - he repeatedly sponsored national abortion bans - has been overlooked.
He hated women. And it was on full display at the Kavanaugh hearings.
Here's my Lindsey Graham obit. While most people are focused on his late career villian arc, I will never get over his sneering, hysterical defense of an alleged attempted rapist.

Lindsey Graham’s Defense of Brett Kavanaugh Told Us Everything
The senator’s infamous cry of rage spoke not only to his cruelty but also to his larger role in changing the court.

Her nullification of the settlement does NOT end the settlement, per se. Her ruling here punishes the government for dragging the court into their scheme, but until we get a new president, Blanche and Trump can still do this on their own, but it's illegal. Though, who is going to stop them?

Yes. I miss the “nuance” of “unconstitutional bigotry against an entire class of people is necessary to my kid has a better chance of getting a hockey scholarship.” Clearly, the fault is mine.
Gluesenkamp Perez: "At town halls, what I saw was the people who were the most upset had spent the last 12 years driving their girls to sports practice & they view their best shot of their student going to college as an athletic scholarship. So when we rush to moralize we miss some of the nuance."

The ruling is about whether trans people have the same rights as everybody else—and the Court said they don’t.
