The upside of jet lagged is that i can feel like I'm staying up into the wee hours despite working in the morning, like I did in my early 20s, when in reality it's not yet 10 pm

Supposed to fly home tomorrow morning but due to the flight attendant strike, we're now flying home Thursday with TWO layovers. I've reached the nihilism stage. Let's buy cigarettes. Let's get drunk. I don't know where I'm sleeping the next 3 nights, but WestJet is sure as fuck paying for it.

My now husband's marriage visa was denied by UKVI, prompting us to pivot our engagement party/pre-elopement reception into a legal wedding with 48 hours notice. He was declined for not providing sufficient evidence of our intent to marry. But they just approved ME!

I ddin't understand people not eating at their own wedding until I had one. I ate one tiny sandwich, which took several tries for photo breaks, one slice of cake, and one slice of pixxa. I also took two breaks to run through te filed until I fell down, but only managed to twist my ankle--
