I feel you, roo. I don’t have the answer since I’ve been dealing with depression for over 7 years now, but as someone who has been in a depressive spiral that no one realizes when I’ve hit a new low, I think it’s the little acts that show that people care that keep me going.

There is no one I am on an equal level to. I am lesser than all.
