Anyone attending SIMD 2026 in Puerto Rico working on NR4A2/NURR1, metabolomics, peptide biomarkers,neurotransmitter pathways, or movement disorders?Our son’s metabolic geneticist from OHSU will be there and interested in connecting regarding possible biochemical signals in NR4A2-related syndrome.

Franklin (my son, NR4A2) had a DATScan → normal uptake.
He has bradykinesia + functional decline (stairs).
👉 Can NR4A2 cause functional dopaminergic impairment before DAT changes?
Interested if others have seen similar.
