Just to add re: the new automatic draft registration. This was passed in the NDAA and was bipartisan.
It simply streamlines an already existing requirement. There’s plenty to be upset about, i don’t think this is one

I think it's not that. I think it's just social media. On social media everything is always simultaneously a catastrophe and normal all at once
We are only 40 odd days into this year and it is the only year of my life where there could be four plane crashes in a 40 day period and the entire country did not rise into a mass panic that threatened the very stability of the airline industry. We are just a tired, beaten nation huh

not trying to pick on this guy. this just reminded me that the federal government does not provide coffee to workers. to drink coffee at a federal office you generally have to pay into a "coffee club" that is managed by a staffer who volunteers to collect money and purchase a monthly coffee supply.
