Just wanted to pop back onto this thread (sad to see there's no answer on who the character is) and tell you I bought Drive: Act 1 tonight as a PDF. I read enough online that I want to be able to put it on my tablet as a book. So far you're the only person I met at WorldCon that I've supported. :)

I haunted my local library as a kid. When I brought this copy of Friday to the checkout desk the Circulation Lady looked at it, looked at me, and said "I guess our John is growing up." Thanks for helping to create one of my best Heinlein fan stories.

I hadn't read them in years and did enjoy! I saw the show when it originally aired but Blu-ray copies are now pretty expensive. I thought about getting it on Prime but I usually prefer physical discs. I did enjoy yours a bit more than the 2010 4-ep series.
