I started a weekly planner in a notebook. It doesn't have time slots just the date and moon phase and a habit tracker. Didn't realize how much stress I felt having time slots vs no time slots and a time added if there needed to be one. Will be modifying for next week to get it to be neater.

Turns out putting timers on all my apps and funneling that time into the things I enjoy and rest in general is working wonders for my months long burnout.
