When I give it this prompt, 'What kind of data was Apertus trained on? Did it use any copyrighted data?', it gives a rather comprehensive answer, which seems to be, they only use data that is ethically sourced - so if they use copyrighted data, they have received permissions

Having lifted weights off and on for the last 30 plus years (mostly off), I would just say, you have to adjust for age (not too much, but some exercises are worse for your joints -- there are plenty of alternatives to a back squat), and you don't need to pack on muscle, some progression, and enjoy
