I've found as I've gotten older (I'm 25), the most important things for my life have been self discipline and emotional maturity. If you don't build yourself up you're really just stuck waiting around for other people to be free, so you can derive value from them, and not yourself. It freakin sucks!

Things can suck these days but if you can't be emotionally mature about these things you'll never get out of the negativity loop!
So many people have dreams and ideas they want to pursue, but its so easy to fall into using anything as an excuse not to do it. It's an easy pitfall.
