I’ll keep saying it: pollsters have struggled in previous cycles to accurately capture voter frustration. In recent elections, they often broke 3–6 points to the right but this year the same polling problem exists, but those voters are going to break 3–6 points, maybe more, to the left.

Bold prediction heading into October: Any Republican polling at 44% or less is going to lose. 45–49% is a toss-up. And Dems are going to win some Senate and governor races nobody thought were in play. Americans are sick of Trump’s billionaire-first bullshit.

Seems like the MN SD6 is an outlier for democrats in special elections this spring. Not a shift toward the Dems. Going to be tough to flip MN08 if you can’t get 45-50% out of SD6. A sign that MN could be in play in 2026 if the GoP could recruit normal candidates.

The economy is tanking. Tariffs aren’t working. Trump’s approval is almost worse than the stock market.
