The modal filter here was killed after opposition from a small number of local residents. Based on my experience doing advocacy I do not think that greenways are actually installed as a concession to residents of the street.

But also combining major sub-street rebuilds with simple safe-streets projects continues to make it easy for bad faith actors to attack safe streets projects.
