putting it in a cup is simply less interesting but solves all the problems re: texture, stability. Bonus you can roll the little crispy sticky rice balls in toasted milk powder sugar for like incredible donut holes

Made it look worse but taste better. Froze the sticky rice base + patted dry + fried longer to get crispier base while keeping chewy sticky rice inside. Added thin layer of white chocolate to top of rice to act as moisture barrier with cheesecake filling.
