I always find that cat cow and child's pose does the trick for me, as long as it's muscular, might want to give some yoga a try, but take an advil shortly after, good luck

Wtg, this is the reason I stopped watch Sunday news shows. They consistently try to get a gotcha question so they can talk about something else all week. It's also why no one watches them. This is the way, don't let msm dictate the conversation, stick to the things that matter

Mine is still outside, at least for a couple more weeks. I'm going to delay the darkness this year so hopefully it flowers in late November and then again in late March. Last year, it gave me flowers in October and January, flowering around Christmas is not its style

I had ants this year and said, well, if Abbie and Ted were still alive, this wouldn't happen. Then I remembered all the times they would catch cicadas on the porch and bring them to the bathroom to have them hit the walls for amusement. You win some, lose some, but they're entertaining all around

I think you need to love on your cat and notice the things everyday. It's easy to focus on loss, bit enjoy what you have, otherwise, you'll miss out
