5 years ago, there were over 100 multidisciplinary gender clinics for trans youth. Today, there are less than 31 (as of July 2026).

In 2021, there were roughly 101 gender clinics offering care to transgender youth offering a full range of gender affirming care.
By July 2026, there are only about 31 left that still prescribe hormones and puberty blockers.
