You got it right with inert! There's no virus left in her system, as her body was able to fight it off due to the overwhelming Hyper Go-On Energy inside when infected.
She doesn't need more to remain inert, as it stands. She'd have a hard time getting more. She's scary given the past outbreak!

Great question! I had a concept for the character involving the way that Wisps are immune and can enter into people if they choose. She ended up being empowered by multiple wisps MID-TRANSFORMATION, and it killed off the virus...but her cells were still changed. There's no virus left to be cured!
