i also want to practice my guitar again. that's a lot of effort i don't have

if drawing anxiety is real i definitely have it. i can't draw. i can doodle a little gojo on scrap paper at work and the sketch i do on a random ass piece of college ruled paper might be the best thing i've ever produced in my lifetime up to that moment, but willingly, i can't draw.

i’m always congested at night for some reason so i’ve unironically been incorporating vicks into my skincare routine

the quality of my sleep remains terribly the same but at least i can breathe
