Delicious in Dungeon Vol. 2 - You just keep falling more in love with these characters and it’s only the 2nd volume, the art style is so good, and it’s making me very hungry to see all the food they make. Senshi I would do anything for you. Very intrigued by the mystery!

Sing Sing (2024): Wow, wow, wow. A wonder of a film, I truly have no words, made me so deeply emotional. A testament to the power of the arts and how we stay human in face of a world that wants to strip that of us. Colman Domingo, Clarence Maclin, you deserve so much better

Man of Steel (2013) rw: My feelings on this are so complicated; has some of the best Superman moments and some moments make me want to tear my hair out. However, for all its faults, I still love revisiting this.

Lisa Frankenstein (2024): A super fun movie, practically the definition of a cult classic. Wish I had seen this in theaters but glad I watched it! Kathryn Newton is hilarious and Cole Sprouse is surprisingly great as The Creature.

Gone Girl (2014) rw: One of those movies that just gets better on rewatch, Rosamund Pike is one of the best in the business and acts her ass of in this film. One of my favorite performances ever? Yeah, it definitely is.

Parasite (2019): My girl and I watched this for the first time (yes I know I’m late), but man the hype was not lying for this. That image of the face on the stairs will haunt my nightmares, and the way the entire movie plays out is just perfection. Special movie from a special filmmaker. Subtitles!

Diary of a Wimpy Kid (2010) rw: Unironically one of the most fun movies to come out of the 2010s, captures the spirit of the books so well and Greg and Rowley are so funny. I will say weird that they added some random girl for no reason, like what did she do besides be under the bleachers?

Crazy Rich Asians (2018): Michelle Yeoh can do no wrong, all in all, this was a fun and creative rom com. Didn’t blow my mind or change up the genre, but a fun movie to watch with some real talent behind the camera!

My Neighbor Totoro (1988): Usually Miyazaki’s works always have some deeper theme to explore, but I found this one to forgo that in lieu of making you feel the pang of a childhood you don’t have anymore. Incredibly fun and whimsical, a feel good movie for the ages from one of the greats

Wallace and Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl (2024): I would watch a million of these, I love Gromit so much and the stop motion is so charming. I hope Aardman never stops making films

Humanist Vampire Seeking Consenting Suicidal Person (2023): This has a really creative approach to Vampirism, and how the vampires deal with it. That record scene is probably my favorite of the movie and is gonna stick with me for a while.
