“We have over 10 years of evidence not tagged or sorted. You oversee the police department soo..” My mouth hung open & when I first heard of why a jail cell was stuffed to the max, as if was the police department’s junk drawer. I realized a lot of mayors are just smoke and mirrors.

"Cooling over the next 3 days." I would hope so. I looked at the temperature today and it said, "feels like 104 degrees." Mother Nature is cooking and unfortunately not in a good way. She's cooking us. It's our fault though.

All I want is for my tax money to go to housing, healthcare, and affordable housing for everyone. It's 2026, this shouldn't be trivial. It should be the standard. ✌🏿 🌎 ❤️

One of my fav pieces that I wrote this year actually was written for The Soul Pitt It talks about how AI is creating a new digital divide when so many Black Communities can't afford internet yet they're most likely to get a data center in their neighborhood.

"AI makes my life so much easier. I don't have to think."

Meanwhile, the ai data center that your not thinking is pulling from is polluting the air and water in someone else's neighborhood.

It's giving, "not my block, not my problem."

Regulation and accountability is needed like yesterday.

I don't think our taxes are going to the right things. Everything wasn't always this expensive. Not even Julius or Jason could put something together that made sense in today's times. Groceru stores are complaining that people are buying less. ✌🏿 🌎 ❤️

The median number of books that the average American read in 2025 was 2. Literacy rates are nose diving. I love sitting on the bus and reading a book and watching others read books. It's great to question things but it's also great to go research it. What's the last book that you read?

If you give a senator a quarter of a million dollars
you can dirty up the air
no legislation to stop it
and it’s almost if they don’t even care

If you give a congressperson a quarter of a million dollars
you can hold up legislation
instead of paying your fair share
