#Skunks usually travel alone so it's special to see this pair. They're pretty close in size (i.e. very healthy looking skunks) but perhaps Mom and kid?

This is Tomás, my pet Roma tomato plant. He is a volunteer that showed up in one of my flower pots in mid summer. He had lots of teeny little tomatoes now. Notice there’s just one that is just starting to ripen. Should I harvest them before it turns cold next week?

This is such terrific news. I love that the pronghorns, such a magical species, are using the crossing. And the wildlife folks cresting designated lanes from woodpiles for the smaller critters.

Thursdays I empty the water dish and wait until the guys mow and trim the lawn before I put it back with fresh water. This time I FORGOT! And everyone was VERY UPSET. I am so sorry my little friends. 🦨🦝🚫💦😠
