How can 🇵🇱 army compete for military doctors in an era of global healthcare workforce shortages? I was reminded today at the WG Recruitment & Retention #ERGOMAS conference in Aarhus 🇩🇰 that in other countries a detailed report containing evidence-based solutions for this problem would not be ignored…🫡
