It’s #NEDAweek. I just celebrated three years in recovery from an eating disorder that stole so much of my time and energy for almost two decades.

Happy and proud to be an example for teachers, students, and people who need it ❤️

Four days, three indie bookstores, a beautiful Buddhist temple, an insane number of stickers, two connecting flights each way, way too many helpings of brisket, at least 15 miles of walking, and this wildly beautiful city has my heart forever.
