Sadly, we live in an age where people have forgotten that if you don't like something/someone, you can just... ya know... Ignore it? Or - shocking concept - NOT LOOK AT IT? Don't buy the thing, write your fanfic, live in bliss. And don't shame the people who like the thing.

I suggest watching Neil Newbon, the VA and Mo-cap Actor for Astarion, and his playthrough with his friend Tom. They are hilarious and you learn so much about Astarion through it (no book spoilers obviously)

Any and all "spoiler reviews" are fake in my opinion until I get my copy of the Audio book. Until Neil's voice is telling me the story, I'm ignoring anything else about it.
