I think this case shows the difficult balance in copyright law: brands deserve protection, but not everything should be owned by one company, especially basic shapes or designs with cultural history.

In my opinion, this case is interesting because it shows how blurry creativity can be on social media. I understand why a creator would feel frustrated if someone copied their content too closely, but I also think it’s hard to say one person can own a whole “vibe” or aesthetic.
