jvuillermet.eu - personal data feed as a homepage
inspiredby.social - who inspired you? and what inspired them?
But I now see you probably know more about this stuff than me 😅

Can't offer much help but note that quite often, an unrelated error is reported as CORS but there is an underlying issue.

I also just created my jvuillermet.eu homepage with a similar principle, but for all records. This is what I always wanted and it was easy to do with atproto.

My homepage as an ATproto PDF (Public Data Feed)

I'm using @nextjs.org incremental server rendering to build a static page which is rebuilt every hour (when a request comes).
This makes loading fast and doesn't spam bsky api.
Does it count as an AppView? 😅

ha but you did! I was distracted :D

Haha fair enough. In case it's not clear, it could be a person inspiration and doesn't have to be on atproto

This is similar to you deciding to use gmail or apple mail or any other client to see your email except that it works for all kind of applications and data and you just use one login.

In your case, you should keep one account and use it wherever you want (or both). It won't replace anything

Both Bluesky and Northsky use the same technology (atproto). With that, you have a single account and you own and control your data (post, likes). This means you can login to any service and allow them to add post on your behalf because you prefer their interface or like the extra features..

A few clicks around and I'm now checking which Ted Williams book to start. Thanks already, that's exciting!

Should you add him or his book as inspiration?

I agree with you, it might not be worth it, if even possible. It was more of a technical question rather than a product suggestion.
The current version already helps discovering who uses what.

Haha yes... That makes things harder. It's crazy how quickly I forgot it was possible. Old habits die hard
