I got further into Ghost of Tsushima than I thought I did when I first played it. But I also think some stuff that I “remember” from it, I may actually be getting confused with Assassin’s Creed Shadows. 😭

Last time I played Ghost of Tsushima I remember not understanding half of the combat or the different stances. Not sure why since it seems pretty simple on this go around.

Like one of my coworkers from offshore is named Wowie. To me that seems like more of a girl name but everyone else seems to use he/him when talking about them so I don’t know. Or one named Frances. No clue if they’re a he or she lol.

My work should have pronouns available for us to put in our Teams statuses or something lmao half of the people I talk to I’ve never met irl and never know what to call them.

When Jin finally gives up on his “fight with honour” samurai stuff is when I start to actually like Ghost of Tsushima because I’m much more a stealthily stab them in the back sort of gameplay person than a run in and kill everyone sort of person.

Man, people who think games aren’t art just haven’t played a really good game. I restarted Ghost of Tsushima and just the opening sequence, and how it goes from cutscene into the first time you take control of Jin? So freaking cool.

WOOOOOOW. The first trial she was found guilty and sentenced to death in made a big deal out of saying the guy she killed had no criminal record and probably wasn’t actually violent with her. THEN WE FIND OUT HE WAS CONVICTED ASSAULT WITH INTENT TO RAPE. AND WAS IN PRISON FOR TEN YEARS????

It is WILD to me though how the US just sentences people to death. Like just hearing the judge say he sentences her to death by electrocution is crazy to me.

I’m watching the Aileen Wuornos documentary on Netflix and I dunno man. I think I believe her when she says she was raped and it was self defense. I legit don’t think it’s that wild a claim that seven different men tried to rape her.

Maybe a hot take but people need to stop popping out as many kids as possible as close together as possible and maybe we’d have less cases like Lindsay Clancy and Andrea Yates.

I don’t know why some people who like true crime say they would WANT to be on a jury. Like, hell no. Even if you get some super simple case that takes like a day. I’d really rather not, and then imagine being a jury in a case like Lindsay Clancy. Holy crap. Sounds like torture.

I HATE that “haha hamsters die for no reason!” is some big joke because no they don’t, you just didn’t take care of it properly. And as a former pet rat owner, I don’t want to know about your snake’s diet or whatever else.
hot and biased take but if your first response to someone talking about their affection for small rodents is to talk about how easily they die or how you/someone you knew killed them/got them killed them as a child . maybe we could stop doing that.

Just tried Poppi for the first time because I bit a free sample. BAD. It was strawberry lemon flavour. Definitely tastes like real strawberries but the sourness with the fizz was icky.

I bought some ready crisp bacon which is that bacon that is already cooked so you just have to microwave it and damn. That’s the kind of bacon I’ve been looking for my whole life because I only like bacon that’s basically rock hard.
