It's my birthday today :D
I've been pretty quiet here for a while. After getting my master's last year, I became pretty busy. But fortunately, things have calmed down, so I can hopefully draw more ^^
As for this drawing, it's just a bit of OC lore. If you want to learn more, check the ALT text ;3c
So, for some background lore on my Kai OC, he was originally from a realm of pure chaos, an eldritch dimension where logic was non-existent. In that pure and raw chaos, a rift to our realm opened, and a fragment of an ancient being slipped through. That fragment being Kai. As that fragment drifted through the cosmos, it observed this reality and began to learn. Basic things, such as cause and effect, were completely new to it, and in turn, greatly fascinated it. One day, along its voyage, it'd see our world and the life that makes it up, and, curious, it'd land on that planet and begin to observe. This drawing is of him moments after landing, where he first came to witness up close a living creature. After this Kai would spend a while learning more about this world and its inhabitants and then eventually create a vessel to inhabit, so that he could better interact with the world. That vessel being the good ol' chimera you've all come to know and (hopefully) love <3 #furryart #furry #KaiMerraArt

It feels so surreal that Undertale is already 10 years old. I still remember making a shitty doodle for a friend when it's first anniversary passed.
