Bluesky 2 main problems is that 1 it perceived whether they wanted it to be or not is that it’s a leftist version of X that’s how everyone perceives it and 2 is it’s not diverse enough you cannot sustain a platform with only one side parlor tried that and it went under
i mean yeah it's inevitable atp. it's mostly failed at any ability to take off long term; i won't be shocked when the appview is eventually turned off.

People are mad about this but it makes sense you can’t have a platform with only one side it will go under it’s not sustainable parlor prove that so it’s smart to open up to a broader user base
