Since Trump took office the N.I.H. has ended 1,389 awards & delayed sending funding to more than 1,000 additional projects.

The impacts extend far beyond politically disfavored topics & Ivy League universities. Disruptions are affecting work on Alzheimer’s & cancer, & work at public institutions.
