Milwaukee’s North Point Water Tower started operating 150 years ago, in the fall of 1874. It houses a standpipe that served as part of an innovative system that brought 16 million gallons of clean water every day from Lake Michigan to 100,000s of homes over the next century.

Currently reading the second book in this series and loving the perfect escape! When I discovered the first one I was excited to find out there were four and already written so I can read them all in a row! Sometimes it’s nice to be a little late to the party! 😊📚✨
