Just an empty oil tanker passing Istanbul, returning from India to Novorossiysk, probably loading a new set of oil to take to India, from where it can be sold to Europe as a legit Indian oil.
Maybe instead of, or in addition to, the new sanctions, Europe could stop closing its eyes from the obvious.

Apparently, open wires are still the standard elsewhere. Here's a picture (pic 1) from a German newly built house.
