got around to watching Hathaway 2 last week and i'm still rolling it around in my head, really good movie, it was nice to spend more time getting to know the characters and their motivations, Gigi especially

what're the odds it ends up being this supposed next Gundam design that leaked like a few months ago? the underarm beam rifle is neat, but it's not super interesting to me besides that, so i kinda hope it isn't this

welp, that sure was a sequel to Gundam SEED Destiny, which was a sequel to Gundam SEED
it was very silly, but also pretty fun in parts, which feels like an apt way to close out SEED in general

i feel like i'd be asking too much of SEED to expect an explanation for how and why Blue Cosmos are still an active threat capable of deploying Destroy Gundams after Destiny had their entire source of funding (Logos) destroyed, so for now i will sit back, shut off my brain, and "wow, cool robot!"

i kind of ended up losing interest in the overall plot like halfway through, it all just started to feel very predictable and drawn out i guess
but hey, at least there was still hype moments and aura, and the music was still good
